Saving, modifying, and deleting filters

You can save and name filters for later use. To use a saved filter (on page 1) again, you select it from the Container>Find Again submenu. You can modify filters (on page 1) and create a new filter by copying an existing filter (on page 1). You can also delete (on page 1) any filter you have saved when it is no longer needed. To change which user groups have access to a particular filter, see Change group access to filters (on page 1).

To use saved filters, you must name and save them in the Find Container dialog before you click the List or Recap command buttons.
